The closest marinas are Strayhorn Marina and Pine Cove, less than eight miles away, which can also be seen from the front porch. These marinas both offer boat rentals and a day ramp if you want to bring your own boat. Our house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath, including a rain shower and a jacuzzi tub with a 40" flat screen television. The guest rooms are located across the living space and share a bathroom with a combo tub/shower. We are a cozy cabin positioned just steps from the water. There's an upstairs loft that holds a King bed, Queen bed, a bunk bed with twin and full size mattresses, and a bean bag room with toys. We have one room downstairs that holds a full size bed. You can see and hear the water from every room! Upstairs has a large balcony deck that also serves as covered parking for one vehicle. We have added an additional queen air up mattress that has a height of 22 inches, holds 600 lbs, pillow top, edge support, will not dip and has a built in air pump. The property is situated directly across the road from our larger cabin. . The hut has a back deck overlooking the Tenkiller dam area. It is also within reach of such areas as Tenkiller State Park, Pine Cove Marina and the various restaurants in the area such as Big Daddy's and Soda Steve's. We love our family vacation home "Jackie's Lake House!" It is close to everything from fishing on the lake to fishing on the river to scuba diving in the clear water of Tenkiller, hiking, birdwatching, boating, restaurants, 4 wheeler trails at Camp Gruber, and more. It is near Gore, Ok., Paradise hill, Pine Cove Marina, Tenkiller State Park and is only about an hour from Tahlequah and Tulsa, Ok. Upstairs is a private King Master suite with its own deck that has great Lakeviews. Queen bedroom plus bunkroom downstairs with full bath in between. Bunk room has access to front deck and can sleep 4-5 kids. There are 3 decks to enjoy the outdoors. The back deck has a gas grill, table and plenty of chairs to hang out. There is a nice fire pit with plenty of wood available and for your winter stay we also have a wood burning fireplace that makes cold days at the lake very enjoyable. There's also a nice size backyard for the kids to play and enjoy. The living room has two great recliners that have heat and vibration to relax and nap in by the fire. Bab's Bungalow is a private 500 sq ft property on 20 acres of secluded woodland on Lake Tenkiller. Your stay includes access to a spring fed stocked pond. Centrally located between Burnt Cabin and Barnacle Bill's. Access to 900 sq ft deck on the back of my home overlooking the pond and woods. You can faintly hear Party Cove from my place. All visitors say it's so peaceful. Even on the busiest of weekends. Also, fire pit areas by Bungalow and pond. Many areas to rest and relax on the property. Great for smores or enjoying nature at it's finest. I've lived here for decades. I can help you with brochures, boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boards, jet skis and local entertainment. The property contains a 2 acre private pond with fish and row boat for fishing or fun. Also one 12 ft angler kayak for rent $20/hr. Sleeps 4 adults. Primitive camping available as well. Bab's Bungalow includes a mini-fridge and coffee bar. I will cook for you for an additional service fee with advance notice. There is no kitchen in the Bungalow. There is a outdoor BBQ grill and electric access on deck for cooking meals and wash tubs in the great outdoors. Pots and pans not available. If you forget something I probably have it on hand/loan. There is plenty of room for parking your boat and electricity is provided as well. The rates are based on two people and each additonal person will have an additional charge of $15.00 per person per day up to the maximum of 4 people.
